Dears,
Blacky was abandoned dog on the street of Belgrade, when ever I was coming there I was meeting him in-front of one cafe. He became my precious friend. I was feeding him, curing him when ever I had possibility to do so.
Last time when I came to Belgrade, I heard Blacky was injured by car. I thin veterinary did mistake not operating him, and he died.
I still remember his eyes looking into me last time.
I pray for him to be born in new much happier incarnation , and I pray that owners do not trow out of home their pets, never.
But last night walking along the street, I saw beautiful young Dalmatian abandoned too, I was calling him, he escaped frightened by people.......
What is psychology of people who can leave their pets, must be deep suffering and ignorance in themselves.....
Anyone wants to share feeling about with me?

Re: Grieving for Blacky
Sun, December 17, 2006 - 4:53 PMThere are two types of people. Those that view their animals as family members and those that view their animals as objects and possessions. It's really sad. Both of my dogs were abandoned by their previous owners. One even had a microchip, but the owner never responded to phone calls and letters. I could never fathom leaving my dogs. It's an unconditional love that cannot be matched. I'm very sorry about Blacky.
